MENTAL HEALTH

(This topic is quite in talk these days, with all the fact finding and all the issues being discussed about how exploitation of actors in the industry takes place)
Mental Health is and always was a topic of discussion, but it wasn't addressed at such a huge level back then. But with the demise of the renowned actor it became a topic of discussion among the middle class families.
But as you know, we live in such era where everything is just a passing fad, I believe this topic will soon become a passing infatuation. Right now, everything is afresh that is why people tend to talk about this issue, but is it just limited to the famous people or influential people?
Does middle class or lower middle class people not affected by the issue pertaining to mental health?
Well with whatever, is going right now, I feel people are more interested in making hype of a situation or a circumstance rather than gaining something concrete out of it or learning a lesson out of it.
Mental Health is equally important like physical health. Everyone says this, but nobody implements it.
Yes, it is the bitter truth of the society, people will just show fake sympathy towards the person suffering from any sort of mental breakdown/illness but what do they really do about it?
Let alone, doing, they don't even treat that person properly. The moment people will know about any person, within their environment, suffering from mental health issue, they will distance themselves from that person. They will make that person feel more uncomfortable about her/his situation ultimately leading to that person questioning her/his own existence.
I mean why hyping that issue when you can't imbibe a simple value called humanity in yourself?
An individual going through that phase didn't ask for your sympathy she/he just want you to act normal around them and be a little sensitive about their condition. But we hypocrites are just limited to uploading status about "being there for each other" when you are not even there for your own self.

STOP PUBLICIZING AND PREACHING ABOUT THAT ISSUE/PROBLEM THAT YOU DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE TALKING WITH YOUR OWN FAMILY MEMBERS OR LOVED ONES
